FYI @HalifaxBank if a 'chat' with a 'live agent' takes more than 15 minutes between interactions without explanation, it's less of a 'chat' and more of a 'penpal'. Also, prefacing every question with 'May I know if ..' is prone to always get the answer 'yes..'
