We are at the Samsung Service centre ( To get the job sheet as requested by Samsung ). There are two others with green lines on M series phone here and the service centre is not replacing the screens. This is really a scary scene for primary Samsung phone users like us.
@SamsungIndia How widespread is this greenline issue ? The number of people here with the same issue and the whole way the agents are trying to make this look like a user error (scratch on the screen, really ?) is just pathetic. Greenline is not a user issue, own up to that.
if you're a young person, ask a middle-aged man what music they listened to in the 90s. let them talk for 30 mins. act interested and say "oh wow no way that's so cool." after that you can ask them for any favor
