Our NBFC Wint Capital did its first listed issuance this month. NCD was issued under new SEBI regulations which allow retail investors to invest in bonds at ticket size as low as ₹10,000! September was also special because our NBFC crossed cumulative disbursements of 250 Cr🚀

Sachetization of Bond Market is here :) So far 99% of the bonds had a minimum ticket size of 1 Lakh. This made this asset class inaccessible for most of the investors. In today’s board meeting, SEBI has approved to reduce the ticket size to only 10,000/-
