City crews are cleaning St. Anne Point Blvd to the Westmorland Street Bridge. Please note that the Regent Street on ramp will NOT be open for the suppertime commute. It is expected to be open later this evening. The Smythe Street and Devonshire Drive on-ramps remain closed.
