The key to this is that we CAN replace the demolished 3 bed homes with similar family-sized units. Achieving this goal however requires planning and building code reform. Single stair reform, adjustments to building design standards, density adjustments, etc. But it's possible!!

I hear this a lot and I'm not gaslighting everyone. Obviously its true that many visible homeless have a drug problem. But! The data doesn't support that drugs are the main cause of the California homelessness, because if they were then the Midwest & South would have more of them
