It couldn't have been more than 5 minutes, your heart beating in my hands, your eyes bleeding in mine, your soul — embraced by mine. I felt the sun on your lips that night, and I wished to be the moon that shines with your light, but I could never be more than dust beside you...

"My body - a vessel, my mind, but a puppet, My soul - taken by the spells forgotten I've submitted to that which I call a goddess And found myself naked, wounded, and thoughtless"

As I lay in the fields of my mind, your tragedy paints the sky, and I wonder, how could someone hold so much love in the place of vengeance. Where one sinks into the void of rage, you, alone, shine in the red that has painted you whole. Wrath. Sing, oh goddess, the song of wrath

I find myself in the painted words on the fragile paper that have gained colour through my hand. And as it reads out the scroll of my heart, my soul shines brighter than it has before, like a dying star shines its last light upon the world so dull.

Loving you is like swimming in the 5 rivers of the Underworld. Each welcomes me with an embrace tighter than the last until the waters flood my body... I am forsaken by the ferryman, so I will fall into the embrace of the rivers and let them drift me away from what is sane...

"That which gives me dreams, that which chains me down, that which gives me wings and a sword to cut them down. That which gives me strength and drains me, oh what a rush in a world so dull."

"A dreamer, they call me, a daydreamer, long past the bridge of reality, not so past the bridge of sanity."

"In dreams, do I find colour. In dreams, do I find peace. In dreams, do I become what I can be, only what I never shall be. "
