It came down to one goal in Game 7 between two incredible teams. The Florida Panthers came out on top. Overall, the @Sportlogiq model went 13-2 in the playoffs, correctly predicting the final 3 series, each in the exact number of games. Tip of the hat to the talented data…

Nikita Kucherov scores the first goal of the 2023 season. Pure offensive threat on even strength and power play, and a truly elite playmaker over the last 3 seasons. Fitting that Kuch kicks off goal scorers this year #HockeyTwitter

I always love how Nylander gets lumped in with the other three guys in the "core 4" as if his contract aav isn't closer to kerfoot than marner

Nitish Kumar Reposted

If this is Nylander's last game as a leaf, he went out the way he always played for the leafs, by doing things no one else can do and making an impact when no one else could

Nitish Kumar Reposted

One side - the Leafs need more from their Core Four. The other - do they? Look at their chances and expected goals totals. A few thoughts on this and why the Maple Leafs once again find themselves on the short end of offensive results… 1/18

He wasn’t scared of the big mistake and knew his team needed him to make a play. Matthews was the opposite, he shut it down, saying I’m not making another mistake, and played way too conservative vs saying my team needs me now i’m gonna go make a play

Nitish Kumar Reposted

The biggest thing for me watching this series was in game 2 both 88 and 34 make bad turnovers that lead to goals, trying to make a play in the DZ/NZ, the rest of the game they look like night and day. Nylander wanted the puck and wanted to make a play with it he kept making moves
