A British female paratrooper has jumped into Normandy to commemorate D-Day for the 1st time. Lance Corporal Addy Carter, of 16 Medical Regiment, dropped into Sannerville today. She told @Telegraph it felt “phenomenal” to be the first woman to make such a historic jump.

The inaugural match between the Ladies and Wiltshire took place yesterday @WragBarn 2-2 after the foursomes, the result hinged on the last singles game which Wiltshire won. Final result 7-5. It was great prep as we look to win the Inter-Services in Sept. @HytheGroup @NAVYfit

Very sad news - Sir Clive had an infectious enthusiasm for every cause he championed. Lost too soon.
I was deeply saddened to learn of the death this weekend of Vice Admiral Sir Clive Johnstone. He was an outstanding officer and inspirational individual who positively impacted the lives of so many. He will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
