Turn your back for a moment and @WandswrthLabour line their own pockets. @SaraLApps not only gets a pay rise of 172%, but a lump sum of over £8,000. Sounds bad? It gets worse when you hear what they said…

“So here I am, a politician with no vision.” @CllrSimonHogg finally admits the truth.

Really upsetting to see this. It was such a mess!

What happens if @wandbc puts the wrong date on its Mega Skip flyers? This. Unbelievable incompetence from our Labour Council this weekend. #WestPutney

An example of @CllrSimonHogg’s routine dishonesty. This photo with @SadiqKhan was taken outside the library in Roehampton Ward, not in #WestPutney Ward.

REALITY: @WandswrthLabour is increasing your Council Tax by 2%, again. It’s only lowest because Westminster Labour are increasing by more. ❌ £4m from reserves v. Govt’s £10m. ❌ Fewer than 500 homes, none extra. ❌ Real emissions barely touched. ⚠️ BORROWING £450 MILLION ⚠️

Spot on.

Spoiler: not about the options the Council might explore to manage their assets (there might be very good reasons to dispose or acquire new assets). The concerning issue at hand is the Council’s approach to truthfulness and transparency, particularly when confronted with evidence

@AydinDikerdem the community says no if one's worthwhat lessons time to speak to Richmond see if their people would like to see this 18 floor building

It seems @WandswrthLabour’s plans to borrow millions for a huge 18 storey tower haven’t gone down well. Local @wandbc tenants will be forced to pay in every sense.

#Roehampton appalling! You tear down a beloved football pitch, then audaciously reveal plans for an 18-story behemoth in its place Shameful! To blatantly ignore the needs of our youth and community like this is unforgivable. Our kids are losing precious play space .

Is that @AydinDikerdem shouting in the background?

Although @wandbc could cut Council Tax, it seems @WandswrthLabour has a bad case of Dikerdemitus. This will hit the poorest hardest. My speech to the Council last night:

Not content with borrowing £367million, @AydinDikerdem wants first dibs on new @wandbc council housing to go to… …members of Parliament. #priorities

The @wandbc mayoralty is supposed to non-political — a civic role. Here’s the @WandswrthLabour Deputy Mayor on a megaphone, taking sides and brandishing #FreePalestine propaganda. Seems it’s too much even for @HackneyAbbott

@WandsWatch it does make me wonder the Deputy mayor of Wandsworth was at a demo when a minority was shouting shame on you about fleur Anderson MP 🤔 😉

Could there be a reason @DrRosena has blurred out most of this letter and switched off comments? Perhaps something about “Rosena Allin-Khan's Head of Office, Sean Lawless” (@EveningStandard) that she really doesn’t want to tell us?

There's a local by-election in Tooting, I'm backing Sean Lawless - our fantastic Labour candidate. The Tories have been caught out: their leaflets are now red, with no mention of their party or their logo. They’re also supporting strikes. Story here: standard.co.uk/news/politics/…
