Wellbeing wall which is going to be used for regular wellbeing check-ins throughout the next year. Their names are on pegs clipped around the plate. Visuals and colours linked as closely as poss to 5 point scale. Calming strategies are also close by to help if and when needed🌈💛

Is it just me or is anyone else uncomfortable with the 'which year group is the most important' narrative?
As a teacher, I’m finding this bizarre. Friends who work in an office of ten are working from home. I come into contact with 200-300 children, parents and colleagues every day and am going in.

Being a #SENCO in multiple locations can be confusing when #GDPR means everyone requires you to use a separate laptop! The current solution? Bag and laptop for each school. What could possibly go wrong?

In fact, you can pretty much lay all of education’s problems at the door of money (or the lack of it). Not mobile phones, not social media, not SEND, not behaviour, not marking, not lesson planning or curriculum: money.
