A belated post to share our condolences on the passing of Rev. Willie T. Ramey III. Rev. Ramey was one of the ministers who got involved early in the Warren County struggle against a PCB landfill back in 1978 when dump site was announced. davis-royster.com/obituaries/Rev…

Some information about funeral services for former 1982 PCB protest foot soldier Rev. Fred D. Taylor who was a longtime employee of the SCLC.

We mourn the passing of Rev. Fred D. Taylor, who was a fixture at our 1982 PCB protests. He is an unsung hero of the civil rights movement and was one of many @NationalSCLC who loaned their expertise to our grassroots #EnviromentalJustice movement.

Rest in power, Reverend Fred D. Taylor! Rev and Taylor was a fearless crusader for justice and equality, Who’s example is one of pure self sacrifice for the upliftment of others! My deepest condolences are extended to his family, affiliations, and the community that loves him
