2-hour delayed opening for Friday, 3/17/23 To provide time for road conditions to improve along NM-4, Valles Caldera will open to vehicular traffic at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 17.

2-3’ of new snow fell this week at the Valles Caldera! They had to bring out the blower to clear out all that snow! They also almost broke the cold temperature record this morning when their weather station read -39.2°. The record is -40°. 📹: @VallesCaldera #NMwx
