Great news. The US has given ~4.2 million 1st doses & ~320,000 2nd doses of #COVID19 vaccine to kids b/w ages 5-11 so far. ZERO cases of myocarditis reported! We're still watching closely, but so far vaccine seems INCREDIBLY safe for young kids. 🎉🎉🎉
