My heart is broken. Delivering a baby too soon for this earth. It doesn’t get easier.

I love research because it combines my two favorite things: sitting and anxiety

Vaccines are good. Anti-depressants are good. Modern medicine is good. Fluoride in water is safe and protects teeth.

Ever since I was a little girl I knew I wanted to have an upstairs ibuprofen bottle and a downstairs ibuprofen bottle.

Can we get this guy for Canada’s next PM??

Chin up, team. Take some time. Take care of yourself. Take care of your loved ones. Take care of your community. There are a million ways to make a difference—get back in the fight when you’re ready. And know that, whenever you are ready, I’ll be ready to get back in with you.

So am I allowed to say "your body my choice," to my fetus because it seems like that's what y'all are getting at.

True that

An IUD is excellent contraception and lasts longer than a presidential term. A message from your friendly neighbourhood gynaecologist.

Enabling a rapist anti-choice monster by voting him president is going to have far-reaching consequences. We are next.

In case you aren’t paying attention- recent AB legislation criminalizes doctors who provide evidence based care. As did the opiate prescription changes. This is deeply worrisome. So far targets people with opiate use disorder, kids with gender dysphoria. Who’s next?

At 3pm today, the Alberta Government will make history by introducing some of the most transphobic & homophobic legislation in the existence of our country. The irony that this Frankentrans legislation is being introduced on Halloween is not lost. Trans people are not monsters.

Dr. Steph (Stephanie Cooper MD- ObGyn/ Mfm) Reposted

Alberta’s anti-trans bills have dropped. A few observations. 🧵 The first thing I notice, and which is cause for hope, is that the bills do not invoke the notwithstanding clause. They can thus be challenged in Court, and struck down as unconstitutional.
