Thanks to the Indian Society of International Law for asking me to present my @reconstitutEU project on unilateral sanctions. Disappointed I wasn't able to make it to New Delhi this time, but hope there will be more opportunities for collaboration with @UofGCILS in the future.
Fascinating piece by @priya_urs on the category of interdependent obligations. Was a pleasure having her up to present it @UofGCILS earlier this year.
My latest paper, 'The Elusiveness of "Interdependent Obligations" and the Invocation of Responsibility for Their Breach' (forthcoming in the @BritishYearbook) is now available on SSRN: papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cf…. /1

It was great to take part in this excellent workshop, organised by Thérèse O'Donnell and Stephanie Switzer with @BIICL and the @FCDOGovUK, yesterday and to offer some thoughts on solidarity in international law.
Today at the University of Strathclyde, we are hosting the @ESRC IAA funded event "What can international disaster law learn from Global Health Law", in association with @BIICL, and with input from the @FCDOGovUK and @BinghamCentre plus various academic partners.
