I don't like the term 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠-𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙗𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚. I prefer 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠-𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. Sometimes work demands my attention. Sometimes life-outside-of-work demands my attention. I need the flexibility to prioritize as I see fit.
