Parasitic nematode freshwater fish aquarium…what is your diagnosis?

From a cat fecal centrifugal flotation (can also be detected via fecal sedimentation). The cat’s travel history showed recent move to Tennessee from Florida. Egg measures 45x25 microns. Note the operculum on one end. What is your diagnosis?

Diagnosis? From the fecal direct smear of a rat. Zoonotic?

This is a centrifugal flotation with zinc sulfate solution run (here in the lab) on the fecal of a 15 week old puppy, referring veterinarian was getting Giardia Snap positive but multiple O & P exams (fecasol passive flotation) reportedly negative. What is your diagnosis?
