I often see ads on TV for retirement homes/communities. I really can't think of a more depressing way to spend your elder years. Sitting around playing cards, going to social events, and making friends. Only to watch them die off one by one. No fun, Hope I die before I get old☠️

When I was growing up, there were a bunch of older guys in the neighborhood I knew. And, these guys could fix ANYTHING! Whether it was your washing machine, automobile, home repair, or anything. These men could fix it! Where are the replacements for these men now? There's none☹️
