This is outrageous.

A Kern County Superior Court judge held The Californian in contempt of court Wednesday after the newspaper did not turn over unpublished notes as ordered. The Californian is seeking to appeal this decision. bakersfield.com/news/superior-…

New: California officials say the revived Tulare Lake is likely to peak next week at 182 square miles, nearly the size of Lake Tahoe. And to think the lake was dry farmland a few months ago... sfchronicle.com/california/art…
