Of all the findings released today I think this is the most important. Lack of faith in both main parties to solve Britain’s problems - if sustained - will surely lead to a continued bleeding of support to others.

5/ Which leads us to the key point as we head towards the budget. Confidence in Lab / Con long term economic plans... Labour Confident 29% Not 62% Con Confident 28% Not 61% Really not alot in it but also - more importantly - big picture is a real lack of confidence in either.

With Labour approaching its 100th day in power, our latest political pulse makes for sobering reading for Keir Starmer's government. The party has gone from +6 net favourability upon taking office in July to -21 now, with significant swings across a variety of demographic groups.
