The story of Adam and Eve from the #Bible shines a light on the path of #awakening towards #enlightenment. To find #God To find heaven To find ourselves To find happiness To find peace To find truth One must simply be naked.
Circumstances often cloud our feelings making them seem unique. In turn we feel alone. When we strip away the details there is never a soul that doesn't know exactly how we feel. Alone in thought Never at heart.
Spirituality is nothing more than the love of life. Always present through the heart but often lost in the mind. Releasing the shoulds and should nots reveal the love that is.
When life is lived from the mind it is dictated by preferences. Circumstances matter not to the heart.
Peace as an experience never lasts while peace in being is everlasting. The world has never came knocking at our door. We are the one's that go out and knock on it's door.
Change comes knocking at your door again and again. How you answer determines friend or foe.
Listening closely reveals the answers we seek to be already known. Not knowing is simply resistance to the known. Too often we're not actually looking for answers but instead just what we seek.

All the pain and sorrow of this world that we desperately seek to cease is the mother of all joy. Never misguided Simply misunderstood
Unwavering appreciation is the tool needed to transcend this world of ups and downs. With gratitude the ride never felt so good.
Change may cause me to frown. But it also causes me to smile. Whether laughing or crying impermanence was always the gift. What a beautiful thing!
The mind is only capable of seeing the veil. The heart is what looks past it.
