🧘♀️ Even nirvikalp samadhi can't sustain long & returns to its origin, unless the mind is transformed first... No samadhi can transform the mind, just by the act of samadhi per se. Any samadhi without the Knowledge is like going to deep sleep & starting yet another day!!
A mind can stay in many dimensions together for a while, but attention is always singular... 🧘♀️ This peculiarity can be used for advantage when a focussed mind is aligned with a well directed attention!
