Since 2017, I edited about 10 Op-Eds by Black organizers in Georgia for @nytopinion That number is too small, but I was honored to play a minor role in amplifying their perspectives. These people were and are important -- and right.
Just stop killing Black people. Nobody asked you to take out tv episodes, scrub your social media, dismantle mascots, or confess to that one time. Stop killing Black women and men. Oh, and arrest those officers who killed Breonna #BreonnaTaylor
