@IkejaElectric is the real culprit here, they have phased out perfectly working meters, and ordered the customer to pay for another new one... this is injustice, and something must be done about it, I do not know how I'm supposed to recharge 1ce the unit I have is exhsted
Not just meters, Infrastructural items such as aluminum conductors, insulators, transformers and poles which fail due to wear and tear have been asked by their workers to be self-replaced. No @EKEDP staff willing to write a report and suggest it to be replaced.
But we all know how it works: there will be delays in replacing the meters free of charge. And then customers are forced to pay for "express" and or settle the guys in the office...before it happens. It's well
