Also struck by how partisan this mandate letter is. That last line is appropriate for a speech or press conference, not a ministerial mandate letter.

Lets think for a moment about the latest horrific behaviour by @seanchucalgary @JyotiGondek had demonstrators protesting at her house. So Chu thought he should take a picture of her license plate and circulate it on social media, so protestors could follow her around the city.
