Slowly, implement parts of your ideal life into your daily (or weekly) life until you have your ideal life. Problems will arise as you do this, solve them as needed. Stop waiting to reach an imaginary goal post to live as you want.

The problem is not a lack of questioning. The problem is asking the wrong questions. The way you frame your questions determines the quality and mood of the answers. The answers determine your quality of life.


At a certain point in your healing process, you may want to do the thing that causes you anxiety or suffering.
