Don't just touch the grass. Smell the grass, smell the dirt, feel the air against your skin. Hear the birds, hear the breeze close to you, hear the breeze as far away as you can. Feel the air through your nose into your lungs, and then out. See how the light…
Stop and observe, wherever you are today. You can stop thinking for a while, and it's ok.
My favorite camping pan, ca.1876. I can't help but take time to wonder who's backpack it's been in over the years.
Nothing like a photo of a Boulder making a clean break from its former self.
Sorry, I'm way to tired and hungry to respond to this right now. I'll get back to you in the morning.
Adaptability These trees were like F it, I'm growing on a Boulder.
We've made it to #waterfallwednesday I heard rain on my jacket, rain near, rain far, rain in the trees, rain on the leaves , the waterfall, that one bird, and the echo of it all. All separate, then all one.

Sometimes it's easy to be where you are, sometimes it's not. Practice when it's easy, to build a foundation for when it's difficult.
Unreal, I brought out the chair and sat here for an hour. I bet you didn't know Ohio could be this enchanting....
I'm not one for baths How about forest showering? Aka hiking in the rain
I bought a bottle of waterproofing for my tent. instead of saving half the bottle, I waterproofed a hat, gloves, a backpack, the tent footprint, the tent cover, bike seat cover, and the tent twice over. Goretex jacket and shoes, waterproof pants Ready rain, go rain.
Sorry I'm late, the sunrise hitting the frost on the grass this morning caught my eye, and I stopped to take it all in for a while.
