This is gone parabolic. Buckle up.

Wow Lots happened while on vacation. Austin has over 10,000 active listings. We have not seen that since 2010/2011

Pot fillers over the stove are stupid status symbols. I know... let's put a faucet with NO drain directly over a 20k appliance. Why??? Are you really cooking that much pasta?

Real life examples of how a lot of real transactions happen: Potential buyer sees home on Zillow and clicks the blue button to schedule a showing. Zillow connects buyer with agent (often on a large flex team and for a referral fee) and they schedule the showing. New NAR…

Tons of hate on Realtors lately. Absolutely love my Realtor. I buy 8-10 properties a year with her. After I build I sell 8-10 properties a year with her. I lean heavily on her when making decisions that total as much as 8 figures a year in transactions. She constantly…

Been saying the same thing. The austin market has bottomed. Up from here.

So the GS Article about Austin Giving up 25% (Jan '23). Came true we gave up 24.6% Mar '23, That was the dip. We have set a new record on the Jan '24 25.01%, and have a 25.61% for Feb in the books. I am officially advising Investors to start pulling triggers in Austin.

Tesla on ads: "On the demand front, we made investments in educational campaigns in 2023. We fully appreciate the importance of customer education. Our data suggests 90% of vehicle buyers in 2023 never owned a Tesla before. We are being creative in figuring our ways to bring in…

Great idea!

Realtors should be disincentivized if their listing sells under asking price. A dollar for dollar rebate off their commission for every dollar under their suggested list price. $200k house @ 6% is $12,000. If the house sells for $190k, they should only get $2000. Seem…

Finally got to see a cybertruck.

1/5 This mortgage rate situation will make the student loan thing look like child's play once a critical mass of people start identifying with the righthand side of this chart. Right now, there aren't many of them, so they have no collective voice. They aren't happy.
