Our Uptown & Downtown Campus Health clinics have plenty of availability for flu and COVID-19 vaccines. Getting your vaccines before you head home is a simple step to protect your health, avoid missed festivities, and help protect vulnerable loved ones.
Body respect exposes why the "eat less, exercise more" weight loss mantra fails so miserably, and shows us how to achieve true health and wellness. Check out our website to learn more about each pillar and how you can strengthen each one!

Mark your calendar for this workshop on Monday, November 11 at 4-5pm, in Room 202 in the LBC, on Managing Stress and Anxiety. CAPS counselor Tamar Starck, LMSW, will teach techniques to help you manage your stress and anxiety so you can regain a sense of equilibrium in your life.
Fat Out Loud is a party celebrating fat bodies, because "fat" is not a bad word! Join in the celebration through different arts and crafts stations, the collaborative creation of a fat futures vision board, open mic poetry reading, and indulging in a sweet treat.
