Our teachers and students TAKE ACTION! Students had the opportunity to be a day without shoes and experience how other children from around the world feel walking through different types of terrain. Shoe donations to a local shelter was organized by our second grade team.

Our fifth grade students have been working hard on their exhibition projects. We are so proud of their work and research skills they used to learn how to help the world around them. IB Exhibition was a success. #pypexhibition @SDOCElemEd

Reminder: Parents, please mark your calendars for important end of year state testing dates. Remember to ensure students are present and on time to school. Students having breakfast at school need to arrive early to be in class by 8:20 am.

We walked every classroom, spoke to every student on our campus and shared encouraging words on how proud we are of each one. Students wrote down their fears/worries and created links. We shredded their fears and carried them out of the room. They are ready!

Our Grade Level Chairs and PLC Leads are an essential key as leaders on our campus. It is important to collaborate together for their continued growth. They are an amazing group of teacher leaders and we are beyond proud of them.
