Early Recovery Cluster led and co-led by @mofaganepal and @UNDP respectively, held a meeting to take stock of interventions in the aftermath of the Sept 2024 floods and landslide in #Nepal. Coordinated community and local level interventions were prioritized as the next steps💪.
Heavy rainfall triggered flooding and landslides this Sept affecting the lives and livelihoods of more than 70,000 people in 🇳🇵. UNDP as part of its early recovery efforts, conducted needs assessment in Bagmati, with plans to expand these efforts to Madhesh and Koshi provinces.
