Summer can be awesome but heat-related illnesses are not, esp for those most at risk (children & seniors). Stay hydrated by drinking cool fluids even if you don't feel thirsty, but avoid caffeine and/or alcohol as they can dehydrate you. And find some shade whenever possible.
