It's funny how litigants think their counsel must not be seen exchanging pleasantries with the counsel of the other party in the court. Don't expect your counsel to become enemy to your enemy's. Lawyers are learned friends and ministers in the temple of justice.

It's painful. It seems Nigeria reserved the worst performance for the final. Our performance was woefully disappointing. The Ivory Coast deserve the cup.

MRA also urged the Court to declare that the Nigeria Broadcasting Code issued by the NBC cannot confer judicial powers or jurisdction in criminal matters on the Commission to impose criminal sanctions or penalties such as fines, particularly as the Code was made by the NBC itself

Congrats to Oyetola. Just so you know, Adeleke still has the right to appeal against the decision, from Court of Appeal up to the Supreme Court. Until the appellate court confirms the decision, Ademola remains the executive governor of the State.

The Election Petition Tribunal chaired by Justice Tertse Kume has sacked Osun Governor  Senator Ademola Adeleke.  thenationonlineng.net/breaking-tribu…

The Ijebu-Ode born athlete, Tobi Amusan, has made us proud as Nigerians, so have other women including @AsisatOshoala, the Ikorodu-born footballer, who won African Women's Player of the Year, for the fifth time. Kudos to them, and kudos to womenfolk.

The dancing dude once claimed that he has been coming for a while with assets, but without access. Now that he has access, we hope he is assessed creditably in the end. I kind of think that @OfficialPDPNig would want to excel much better in governance to secure a succession.
