Thank you for encouraging me to run for the Senate, and for being a dear friend. I look forward to continuing to work with you over the next year and a half to keep delivering for Delawareans.

For years, I've called Tom Carper my friend, my trusted colleague, and my elected representative. I've witnessed his tireless dedication to the people of Delaware – and I'll always be grateful for his leadership in the Senate. Congrats on your retirement, Senator.

I’ll take any reason to talk about one of my favorite topics -- happy ♻️ #AmericaRecyclesDay

♻️ Happy America Recycles Day! ♻️ Thanks to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, funding is already going out the door to support recycling infrastructure and education efforts across the nation, but there’s still more to do. Let’s make recycling a reality for every American.

Happy third anniversary to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law! Thanks to this historic legislation, we're rebuilding our roads and bridges, expanding access to clean water, and cleaning up pollution - all while creating good-paying American jobs.

Today marks three years since @POTUS signed the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which has invested billions in our infrastructure and created countless good-paying American jobs. This once-in-a-generation law is continuing to deliver for the American people.

This National Veterans and Military Families Month, let’s honor all military families, and all they do to represent the best of America. From one military family member to another, thank you for your sacrifices.

Happy Veterans Day!🇺🇸   Today and every day, be sure to thank the Veterans in your life for their service and sacrifice.

I am proud to participate in an old Delaware tradition - Return Day! Every two years, two days after Election Day, Return Day brings political opponents together after the election to “bury the hatchet” and inspire unity in The First State.

Everyone should check out Tidewater Park Playground that tells the story of the Nanticoke Tribe’s history. I am proud to join with @ChrisCoons to provide nearly $1m in funding to make this dream come true for Laurel residents.

A new report from @DeptVetAffairs says 47,925 Vets have been placed in housing in 2024, marking the largest number housed in a single year since 2019! We’re making progress in this fight & we will not rest until Veteran homelessness is a thing of the past. news.va.gov/press-room/va-…

The economy, thanks to the  Biden-Harris Administration, is strong. The Commerce Department’s latest report shows robust consumer spending, rising wages, and the lowest average unemployment in 50 years. Americans are earning more and inflation is cooling. nytimes.com/2024/10/30/bus…

Critics said inflation wouldn't come down without a recession - boy were they wrong.  x.com/POTUS/status/1…

Today’s report confirms how far we’ve come since I took office, from the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression to the strongest economy in the world. On my watch, the economy has grown 12.6%, and we've had the lowest average unemployment in 50 years.

Happy Halloween, Delaware! 🎃 I’ve always loved Halloween, and Martha and I hope everyone has a fun and safe time trick-or-treating tonight!

Senator Tom Carper Reposted

Unemployment hasn’t been this low for this long in over 50 years.

.@EPA is sending nearly $130M of Clean Ports Program funding to electrify Delaware's ports.   Cleaner ports means reduced emissions, healthier communities, and a stronger economy.

Today is #NationalImmigrantsDay. Our nation is built on the idea that all are welcome here. I am proud to live in a country that welcomes immigrants, and I stand with immigrant communities in Delaware, and across America.

I commend the Biden-Harris Administration for helping over 1 million public servants access student debt relief! The PSLF program has proven an incredible resource to help hard-working Americans access the relief they deserve. whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/…
