Some useful insights here about promoting the huge range of inclusive services modern public libraries offer, but that and longer opening hours costs money, so helpful there's also recognition of the challenges from -53% funding cuts since 2010

A couple of brief walk-throughs of the Mitchell Library @GlasgowLib, the beautiful glass-rooved reading hall has apparently been empty for years sadly, given the cost of making the roof safe. And I like the idea of covering the motorway in front @CILIPScotland #Glasgow
