A homeless man walking back-and-forth into Fred Meyers stealing cases of water. He emptied the water and then got the deposit on the bottles. He did this over and over again. I let staff know and they were indifferent. I told the security and he said there’s nothing he can do.

When you see a boat load of needles and paraphernalia in the green belts I owe that there are "harm reduction" non profits making it happen. This container was installed in a camp, the camp was cleared but it remains with hundreds of needles in it. It will stay here
