TWITTER THREAD TWITTER THREAD! Today, we're gonna be talking about cards that FEEL like they should have a whole archetpye. but don't. What iconic or neat cards would YOU want to see get the archetypal treatment? I wish there were more cars! Maybe they link into a big train? 🚂
HOW DO THE WICKED GODS NOT HAVE AN ARCHETYPE YET? They have occasional pieces of support; they're mentioned on Divine Evolution and Gaap the Divine Soldier uses Fiends for them, but these guys are begging for a dedicated deck to abuse them (and by them I mean Avatar mostly)
It does have an archetype! ...In the anime only.. Fusion Parasite is great though, it has a really unique combination of effects. If it had more enablers outside of exactly One For One, I could see it becoming a very interesting deck making use of some fun forgotten fusions.
The Creator was one of my favorite cards as a child. The retrains have nearly identical reborn effects just with the added flavor of the "Dark" or "Chaos" cards. So I'd want an archtype that focused on the OG and maybe had the attributes that let the others be playable.
We had a whole game featuring the card, but no archetypes.
