All I’m saying is that if we’re gonna make kids endure constant code red drills, the stress of knowing they could be shot and killed on any particular day, and the horrors of seeing their classmates gunned down in their seats, the least we could do is give them free lunch.
I am begging folks: If a workshop is providing and asking folks to use a mic, please do not refuse to use the mic and ask "can everyone hear me without this?" Just use the mic. Being heard is not just about the volume but also about the clarity of being able to hear the words.
