Idk. I can still complete hugh difficulty missions. But it's less fun, more frustrating. L patch honestly. At the end of the day having fun is apparently arrowheads main focus and this balance hampers that.

People need to realize that Funcom did very well with Conan exiles & despite people thinking they would abandon it and never complete it they did the opposite and not only stuck with it to completion but also added more content for years afterwards... honourable developers.
