All the fun of T3 stack without the need for Vercel. Thanks to AWS Free tier hosting stays cheap. Featuring @SST_dev and now using @tursodatabase github.com/rollemira/crea…

Easy as pulling a sword from a stone 🗡️🪨

To call yourself a “full-stack” developer in 2024, you must be able to: - Build frontends - Build backends - Provision cloud infrastructure - Handle UX in Figma - Maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines - Create 3D art in Blender - Manage projects with Scrum - Attend daily standup…

Exactly 🎯

Remember when mongodb came out and everyone got so hyped and started using it just to end up switching back to sql? Remember when microservices got hyped but now the industry recommends use a monolith first? Remember when graphql came out and everyone started hyping it up until…

here's why products are bad it's not "leadership" it's not design it's not product managers it's engineers and it's always engineers

Man this is going to be huge help for anybody with @expo apps in the wild. I'd leave Neovim for it 😂 ide.swmansion.com

const is a lie but so was Santa 🤷‍♂️

Big shout out to @SST_dev for keeping my Amazon bills so cheap 🙌

This is super cool

extension.js.org: the "@nextjs of browser extensions". Built-in support for @reactjs and @typescript ▲ ~/ npx extension dev ▲ ~/ npx extension build ▲ ~/ npx extension start @cezaraugusto is the hero this world needed.

Pretty pls I need an invite for that React Native IDE 🙏

🤣🤣🤣

how bad does it hurt that this didn't require any frontend engineers

Welp I have joined a place in the tech company layoffs. Know anybody looking for an engineer?

What does the grind look like? 💪

A huge part in making great software is fixing the pain points happening to your customers quickly. Fast building, fast fixes, fast delivery

The biggest problem with single codebase multi-platform apps is when a feature just doesn’t work on one of the platforms 😂

This is so true. Most apps start with login so what happens when a user doesn’t just login? They probably go somewhere else

learning from your mistakes does not look like “we tried x, it didn’t work so we learned it’s a bad approach” it’s more likely x makes sense and you just weren’t good enough but that’s a much more painful reality to accept

Do people look at their phones so much they forget how to daydream?

This is just the code commit graph, but you should see the DevOps story. Code is cool, but it's really cool if you can ship it.

I use a text editor that has roots that start when grunge rock did. Oh... I use @Neovim BTW. Looks fantastic inside of @warpdotdev 🔥
