Our adversaries delight in our misery. Cut it short. When we are knocked down, the best way to get back at those who knock us down is to get back up.
We should get away from saying "Target Date" when it comes to development and giving timelines. We should call them "Forecast". Setting target dates puts unnecessary pressure on the team and yourself. A forecast is giving a rough idea of what's coming, but it can change.
I love playing "Good, Better, and Best" when coming up with code solutions.
Ever get people freaking out over timelines so more meetings are made to talk about the timelines which just pushes projects out even further? Good times.
