I’m also eager to see more clean capacity unlocked ASAP. But the PJM proposal isn’t the problem. It’s that we waited too long and let the issue get out of hand before ushering change. It’s a cautionary tale. Let’s keep up the pressure to ensure there aren’t further delays.
