Excited to see the new @HLFoodObesity report which recommends "immediately developing an ambitious strategy for maternal and infant nutrition" Delays in improving the food environment for IYC expose entire generations to unhealthy foods that hinder their health and development

What he needs to change is the system that puts shareholder dividends ahead of maternal/child nutrition/health. He needs to change the funding to perinatal health to ensure all women are supported in their feeding choice so that those choices aren't shaped by corporate profit.

Delighted to see @Keir_Starmer commit @UKLabour to changing the rules that prevent women and families using loyalty points when buying baby formula. We've campaigned alongside @MetroUK for an end to this stigmatising, pointless and punitive restriction. bigissue.com/news/politics/…

Feeling a bit deflated. There is such a Baby Blindspot in all the manifestos. Little or nothing about life for children at home, before and around childcare and education. Little or nothing about services that support parents and families to improve child development.
