Application: Since US food borne illnesses affect 76 million people annually I’ve decided to become extra careful with what I eat making sure I carefully prepare home made meals, and make sure the food at places where I go out is up to FDA standards #heal257FA22

Application:Since only 3% of the Earth’s water is drinkable, I’ve made sure that I double check where bottled water comes from, and to absolutely not drink beach or river/lake water when I go out. #heal257FA22

Application:Since learning that some substances that are marketed as vitamin supplements aren’t even vitamins, I’ve made sure to ignore any product that has these substances, yet market them as vitamins. #heal257FA22

Application:Since anorexia is much more common in girls, I’ve made it my goal to be a lot more considerate to girls whom I believe are suffering from it.If a girl is a unusually thin,I ask them if everything’s alright, but I will not be pushy. Better safe than sorry #heal257FA22

Application: Since BMR levels depend on how much physical activity you do, I’ve decided to lower how many calories I eat on days where I take it easy with exercising, and increase it on days when I exercise, so as to get the proper amount of calories per day. #heal257FA22
