Good Night Wolves fans. I’m quite concerned that the flaws displayed tonight are not “one-offs”. Absent a very focused look-in-the-mirror session by a number of players, tonight suggests a very average at best season
I’m not encouraged by anything in tonight’s game. The KAT Trade - on the floor - made the team worse on the floor. Maybe it helps on the spreadsheet. Naz starts. Naw first guard off bench. Tonight was discouraging.
The question of whether KAT defends AD much better than anyone else on the Wolves Roster has to be ringing in your ears right now. And then think about guarding a certain Nugget.

Randle doesn’t have the skill, awareness, or willingness to play off of 🐜. And he doesn’t rebound. So he has to be moved to the second unit where he can be prime option
It’s one half. But I’m really interested to see how the Wolves react to this half
So this is when I go in front of the team and ask them “Did your way of playing work?” And after the silence becomes uncomfortable, we remind the team of the 3 things we want them to do
As many have hypothesized NAW is likely to be a mid-season trade target. That will make me sad if he is traded - no matter if it’s the right deal. And it probably will be from a team formation standpoint
So…. What’s good? 🐜 offensively is seeking more touches in second. Good. After that ….. 🦗 for rest of team
