@buybuyBABY I recently heard from my dear friend, whose son was stillborn, that she could only get store credit for all the gifts she can no longer use. Gifts her friends and family gave her and her husband to welcome their new baby and ease their transition to parenthood /1

Now that charges have been filed against all of the killer cops for George's death. @MayorFrey, you must hold the entire MPD accountable and defund them. Invest in thriving communities, not killer cops! #DefundtheMPD

.@senmurphyoffice: I can thank birth control for preventing an unwanted pregnancy too soon following the birth of my daughter. I am counting on you to be a champion for reproductive health care for me and millions of Title X patients. #ProtectX #ThxBirthControl

Let's hope it keeps going @Shilpa_Londhe

PASSED the House! My bipartisan bill, Preventing Maternal Deaths Act, is the strongest step Congress has taken to combat the rise of maternal deaths in the U.S. herrerabeutler.house.gov/news/documents…

We can do better by moms, especially moms of color. Racism is killing these women and harming their babies.

Implicit biases contribute to stark differences in outcomes: in New York City, Black patients with a college degree have higher rates of life-threatening birth complications than patients of other race/ethnicities who never graduated high school. momsrising.org/blog/maternity…

@buybuyBABY Help us understand why you don’t have a discrete and sensitive way to help grieving parents convert triggering gifts into usable money. It’s almost 2019. You’re a huge company. This HAS to be possible.

I am completely appalled that @buybuyBABY can not figure out a way to help a grieving mother. #stillborn #childloss #corporateresponsibility

This is horrible. @buybuybaby you can do better. I can't imagine this happening.

Your policy for store credit only, even after stillbirth and miscarriage is triggering and offensive, @buybuyBABY You can do better than this. Support grieving parents, and they will hopefully get to be customers again someday. 🌈
