Anyone have contacts at @DTDCIndia ? Not sure what to do. They've lost important documents in transit. A new customer care person answers calls each time, and doesn't know what was discussed last time. No sign my complaint has been escalated 30 days later. It's a horror show.
Been ~ 20 days since I lost an impt. package during transit by @DTDCIndia After saying they returned it to sender, there's silence from them. Their customer service won't call me - all they do is send boilerplate emails. DON'T EVER courier via these unprofessional jerks.

On 16th October, I made the big mistake of booking a courier pick up from Noida, via the phenomenally incompetent @DTDCIndia, to be shipped to Bangalore. It was supposed to reach in 2 days. I heard nothing from them, no calls, or emails (1)

Update: So @DTDCIndia, which never attempted to deliver my package on the dates it claims (MyGate shows no entry from any courier, or request for entry), now says the package is back in Noida and will be returned to the sender, and I need to rebook.
