I need someone to explain why Mitchell isn’t getting more press nationally. Just two days ago, PFF didn’t have him ranked in the top 15 for rookies. This comes on the heels of Banner saying his NFL contacts evaluated his play as “ok.” What am I missing? Because he looks elite

This is spot on. Two weeks in a row Hurts was really bad in the 1st half. He played elite in the 2nd half v the Cowboys. He was solid in the 2nd half last night. Very rarely does he spiral the entire game. The only games that come to mind are both playoff games against the Bucs.
One thing I like about Jalen Hurts is that even his 'bad' games don't seem to spiral. His bad games often include a poor quarter, or even a poor half, but he always seems to make a few great plays still and doesn't go into turnover meltdown. He may not win you games on nights…
The Eagles have been loaded with talent since BG was drafted in 2010. Peters, Kelce, Cox, Johnson, Jenkins, Brown. BG is up there with all of them. He’s been that impactful on and off the field, especially with his work ethic & attitude. I’m going to miss him when he retires.
