Nearly 600 Planned Parenthood health centers around the country opened their doors to patients to provide the reproductive health care our communities rely on. When we say care no matter what, we mean it.

This loss hits hard. It’s not what we, or the majority of Americans, wanted. But know we’ll be here — fighting for you, your family, and your rights every day. Everything you’re feeling now — outrage, sadness, loss, fear — will fuel the next phase of our fight. 💕

The fight ahead will not be easy with majorities in both chambers of Congress opposed to reproductive freedom. But we’ll keep fighting harder than ever for our communities and our rights. No matter what. 💔 Join the fight: ppact.io/onward

Time is running out! We need the Senate to confirm qualified and diverse judges who will defend sexual and reproductive health and rights NOW. Call your senators at (202) 224-3121. #CourtsMatter

We know that this fight isn’t over. The majority of Americans still overwhelmingly support abortion rights, and we’re going to keep fighting, every day, to make sure all people can get the health care they need. We look to the future and the next phase of our fight.

The overwhelming majority of Americans support abortion rights. We won't stop fighting until politicians stay out of our health care decisions.

The majority of Americans support abortion — just look at the 7 states where abortion rights won. But anti-abortion groups won’t accept their shrinking relevance and are plotting how Congress can ban abortion. It’s a simple, cruel plan: they want to take health care away.

Nearly a dozen states have voted to enshrine abortion protections in their state constitutions. But anti-abortion groups think they can chip away at (and eventually overturn) these "Mini Roes" just as they did to Roe v. Wade. Here's how: politico.com/news/2024/11/1…

This Veterans Day, support our service members and their families: Tell Congress they deserve access to contraception without out-of-pocket costs. Let’s make health care fair and accessible for all! act.nwlc.org/a/ndaa-congress

A post-election reflection for @ELLEmagazine I hope, after you take time to grieve what we lost on November 5, that you will join us. We need you — now more than ever. elle.com/culture/career…

We have a plan. Yeah, we’ve fought long and hard and there's a bigger fight ahead, but we know how to turn our anger into action. We are fighting for a future where everyone controls their own lives and bodies and we will never back down.

What a huge win! Congrats to @AndreaRSalinas! Rep. Salinas is a relentless advocate for sexual and reproductive health care and we’re so glad #OR06 continues to have her as a representative!

We’ll win the long game. Our human rights are on the line; we can’t back down. For now, hold space for the sadness — the anger. And then join us: channel it into the fight for a better future.

Grieve, give yourself space, and then join us for the fight ahead. Abortion is health care. We won’t stop fighting until everyone can get the care they need and deserve.

Congrats, @RosenforNevada! Your campaign championed reproductive freedom, and tonight, those values prevailed. In a time when our rights are increasingly under threat, your win represents progress toward a future where everyone can make their own health care decisions.

Prioritizing and fighting for reproductive rights wins! And @ValHoyle’s victory proves it! Congratulations on this huge victory!

Whoo! @EmiliaSykesOH is headed back to DC to continue working for sexual and reproductive health care access, in #OH13 and beyond! Congratulations, Rep. Sykes!

Voters made their voices heard and elected @JeffJacksonNC as the next attorney general in North Carolina! AG-elect Jackson supports reproductive freedom, a top issue for voters in the state. Congrats on your win!

Congratulations @BobFergusonAG on your gov race victory in WA! Governor-elect Ferguson will ensure reproductive freedom is a top priority in the state!

Abortion is popular – and powerful. On election night, reproductive rights won in 7 states. The vast majority of Americans want abortion to be legal, and people in every state voted for their right to control their own body. 💕

Rep. @SusieLeeNV has spent her career protecting reproductive freedom in Congress — and we are thrilled that she’ll get to continue the job!! 🎉

Despite the election results, you are still the majority. This loss is hard, but we will never back down. We will not be silenced. We know how to turn our anger into action — and into change.
