We have some very tasty desserts this weekend. Lamingtons Custard slice Mince tarts Pistachio white chocolate cookies S'mores cookie Hot apple pie
loaded with chicken, ham and brandied cranberries in a thick and creamy brie cheese sauce this is a pie for the festive season.
Hopefully I haven't just ruined my website for the next week. I hate waiting for all the dns etc to sort itself out. It's all automated, so it seems, but that doesn't bring me comfort when the site still isn't up Yabai
Apologies to anyone trying to order frozen goods right now, we are currently (hopefully) migrating our website to Square online. It is our hope that this will lead to a smoother user experience. Also pre order food for pick up or eat in should be available soon. Woohoo

The last batch of pulled pork pies so quickly we decided to make some more. Slow cooked for several hours, shredded and then covered tangy housemade BBQ sauce and wrapped in our signature pastry. Available this weekend at Punk Doily

Coming this weekend, steak stout and cheese. Think Cape Grim grass fed, hormone free beef from Tasmania slow cooked with roasted onions and carrots in beef stock and Guinness... and then topped with cheddar cheese. This weekend at Punk Doily.

Trifle anyone? Chocolate brownies and cake crumb soaked with rum and coffe with layers of chocolate diplomat cream, vanilla bean pastry cream with a touch of rum and cream. Will have a few in stock tomorrow.
It's not just all about the cookies though, here at Punk Doily, we have lamingtons too. And this weekend we have the always popular raspberry jam and cream BUT we also have one rolled in Biscoff Lotus cookie crumbs, with diplomat cream and a Biscoff spread centre.
A load of mixed chocolate and crushed Oreos being loaded into our red velvet cookies base. Also watch out for the Kinder Bueno ganache centred cookie topped with more Bueno. This weekend at Punk Doily.
Punk Doily is open today and serving up some great coffee. All our espresso based coffees are double shots so come and grab a coffee and cookie, or maybe one of our delicious meat pies and enjoy it on our rooftop deck. Take out okay!
Our new pulled pork pie is already almost sold out. Japanese pork, slow cooked in a spice rub until it almost falls apart and then we mix it with our own tangy BBQ sauce. We still have a few left and will make more this week.

When we say loads of chocolate we mean it. And then we put freshly made salted caramel in the centre. And walnuts. So yeah, loaded walnut, chocolate & salted caramel cookies this long Saturday/Sunday AND Monday
This burnt cheesecake tastes as good as it looks. Creamy, decadent and topped with pistachio cream and pistachios. Also; Red velvet cookies Double chocolate & caramel S'mores cookies Lamingtons with mascarpone cream& jam
